As a small kid I went through gymnastics and athletics training. Later on I decided for outdoor sports and trained white water kayaking for 9 years and cross country skiing for 5 years. I am keen climber and mountaineer – my biggest achievement is the last year's successful ascent to Huayna Potosi (6088m) in Bolivia.
I am a big fan of CrossFit training methodology and philosophy. I have been following CrossFit HQ workout's for more than five years and I absolutely love it!
