About Me

I believe that getting fit is not just about loosing weight or building muscles. It's more about becoming faster, stronger and healthier. Fitness allows you to live your best!

 

As a small kid I went through gymnastics and athletics training. Later on I decided for outdoor sports and trained white water kayaking for 9 years and cross country skiing for 5 years. I am keen climber and mountaineer – my biggest achievement is the last year's successful ascent to Huayna Potosi (6088m) in Bolivia.

I am a big fan of CrossFit training methodology and philosophy. I have been following CrossFit HQ workout's for more than five years and I absolutely love it!

Focus

Many trainers talk about Functional Fitness, but then they teach biceps curls - not quite a functional movement :-). I will teach you all the fundamental movements for achieving good functional fitness - you will learn how to squat, lift, pull, row and throw. Workouts are constantly varied and combined into fun, hight intensity training. Your endurance and strenght will improve, and your body appearance will not be left behind.
